Whether you’re a mum in need of a reset, a daughter preparing something special for mother’s day, or a woman who simply wants to slow down and reconnect:

You are warmly invited to this half-day retreat of gentle movement, calming rituals, and soulful creativity. Let’s press pause together, and return to our weekend with full hearts, soft bodies, and calm minds. We’ll stretch, breathe, blend our own essential oils, and even craft a heartfelt card to honor a women who inspires you (yes, that could be you, too). Bring your mum, your best friend, your sister -or just yourself.

Stefanie is the heart behind Satyam Yoga. With a PhD in sustainability sciences and many years of traditional yoga training alongside her Indian teacher, Stefanie blends ancient wisdom with modern wellness to help you find freedom in body, mind, and soul. As a doTERRA wellness advocate, she weaves natural essential oils into her transformative practices.

Helen
 is a doTERRA Diamond Leader, Public Speaker, Workshop Facilitator & Certified AromaTouch Technique Trainer. Mum of 2 young adults, G-ma of 3 and Mentor to many. Helen's passion is health and wellness, empowering others to heal naturally. With 20 years experience in the health and wellness industry, Helen loves to teach and share her knowledge. Living in the beautiful SW of WA with her beautiful fur baby Halo, Helen enjoys the ocean, travelling, spending time in nature and quality time with friends and family.
