Greetings CITYZENS!

Immerse yourself in a transformative meditation retreat designed for mindfulness and community. Arriving Friday evening, you'll settle into your room and connect with fellow attendees through icebreakers and an information session, outlining the 8 precepts and the journey ahead with a monastic community.

Saturday dawns with monastic-led chanting and meditation, followed by a communal breakfast. The day unfolds with a mindful cooking session, a Dhamma talk, and guided meditation. Enjoy a refreshing group hike and ample time for personal reflection and self-meditation. Evenings conclude with insightful Sutta discussions and Q&A. Sunday continues with morning chanting and meditation, a "working bee" to foster shared responsibility, and a final Dhamma sharing, leaving you refreshed and grounded.
