A full deep, immersive 6 hour retreat dive into breath work. To be held, connected, guided and to release.

Breath work allows us to disconnect from the mind and reconnect with our body and energy. From this elevated state of awareness, we are able to heal, grow, and expand.

Are you curious how the breath can influence your entire being?

Breath work provides us with an opportunity to release tension from the body and helps us to reduce anxiety and stress by regulating the nervous system. A regulated nervous system means we are more likely to experience balance - physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually, meaning we can meet the world with greater resilience.

The breath supports us to shift and release emotional blockages, helping us to open the body and the heart and to realise our fullest potential.

When we connect to the energy of our own breath and follow its guidance, it takes us on a journey of self-exploration, transformation, and self-healing, encouraging a deeper connection to our body and ourselves. Through that connection, we get to feel into deeper parts of who we truly are, our inner essence.

This is an invitation to explore the power of conscious connected breathing. A deeply transformational breathwork experience followed by grounding meditation, sound & optional Ice bath.

Everyone is welcome, no experience in breathwork is necessary. This is a safe, guided practice supported by a curated playlist to enhance your experience.

Things to note:

There are plenty of mats, bolsters, blankets and cushions to get cosy with though feel free to bring your own for a felt sense of additional familiarity and grounded-ness. We recommend not eating anything within at least 1.5 hours prior to session. It's best to avoid caffeine on the day. Think about an intention for your session, what is holding you back in life? Then be ready to let it go.

An eye mask is recommended to help you surrender further into the practice. We recommend you wear comfortable, unrestrictive clothing as we will be sitting, moving and laying on the floor.

  • Towel & bag of Ice if you doing Ice bath.

CONTRAINDICATIONS (these are considered for your safety):

  • Cardiovascular problems, including history of heart attacks
  • High or abnormal blood pressure
  • Personal or family history of aneurisms
  • Glaucoma or retinal detachment
  • Osteoporosis
  • Recent surgery or physical injury
  • Pregnancy
  • Epilepsy or history of seizures
  • Bipolar depression
  • Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their primary care physician prior to the session


6 hours of deep breath work, connection, meditation, sound healing, community, share space, ice bath, snacks & tea to refuel. (Please note any dietary requirements)

FIRST RELEASE : $110 per person (Until 1st January)

SECOND RELEASE: $140 PER PERSON (from 2nd January)

Alma Sagrada Tribe -Tiff & Fe:

Tiff & Fe from the Alma Sagrada Tribe have been practising & facilitating breathwork together for over 5 years. Having trained in New Zealand they learned the benefits of breath work and were able to deepen connection to the land, mind and body. Once they experienced profound healing and deep trauma releases it became their mission to share this healing work with others.

They developed their own style of breath work which takes influences from Shamanic, Wim Hof, Ayurvedic, Transformation, Holistic & Holotropic breathing styles and incorporates their own healing medicine to create sacred containers of healing and growth.

Robert Lee:

Born into a loving family, taught to be kind hearted & to be of service to community. Hardened by the conditioning of being a young man in the football world & then spent 10 years in the military where I unfortunately lost a child. Consumed from pain, I spent the next 15 years escaping reality through being a workaholic, by taking steroids, drinking & taking recreational drugs, gambling & sex going hand in hand with these activities. One day I woke up & my soul made a decision that I couldn’t live this way anymore & I made a decision to seek help, during this time I aligned myself with the spiritual community, I have completed A masters in Life Coaching, NLP, Time Line Therapy & Hypnotherapy as well as becoming a certified Breathwork Facilitator & Meditation Teacher. My role is simple, guide those that are lost, those that have yet to heal from their pain back to a place of calm & happiness, holding their hand from where I found myself & guiding them to where I am today.
