This RUOK? Day, join us at Calmbar for a mental health and wellbeing talk with Tom Cronin, followed by a guided breathwork session with Anna Pham. Tom will share his own journey with mental health, exploring the role modalities like meditation, yoga and breathwork can play in wellbeing. Anna will then lead a gentle, down-regulating breathwork session, helping shift the nervous system from fight-or-flight into rest-and-digest.

Tom Cronin:
Tom spent 26 years in financial markets as one of Australia's leading bond and swap brokers - until anxiety and chaos brought him to a crisis point, and meditation changed everything. Founder of The Stillness Project, Tom has worked with Amazon, Qantas, UBS and Coca-Cola, published six books, and produced the film The Portal.

‌

Anna Pham:
After years in the fashion industry, Anna felt called to a more embodied path - one that began in the hardest season of her life and led her to become a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, yin yoga teacher, and cacao ceremony host. With a warm, grounded presence, Anna holds space for deep emotional release, nervous system regulation, and heart-centered connection.
