A couple of dietitians reached out to let me know they would absolutely love to join the retreat although they have work/family commitments that meant they were unable to join for the entire time... So we've put together the Saturday afternoon, found a bigger venue and are happy to introduce...

A 3.5 hour workshop for Dietitians.

The schedule:

1:00pm - Delicious catered lunch
1:30pm - 1 hour Reflective Workshop with APD Laura Jean from Dietitian Values
2:30pm - Time to chat, make a cup of tea
3:00pm - 1 hour Yoga Class with APD and Yoga Teacher Faye Levine from Five Forks Wellness (beginner friendly and optional)
4:00pm - Afternoon tea and a chance to connect!

The workshop will be held at the Surf Lifesaving Club, Sawtell NSW, on beautiful Gumbaynggirr Country.

Cancellations & Refunds:

You can cancellation and receive a full refund up to 4 weeks before the event (31st of March, 2023), and a partial refund of 50% for cancellations with over 2 weeks notice.

Should we need to cancel or postpone the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to join us on our rescheduled dates, request a full refund if the new dates do not align, or request a credit note towards any other services or future retreats with Plan to Pause.
