PAVED Festival 2023 Stallholder Applications

The PAVE Festival has become the PAVED Festival in 2023! Small businesses, community groups and stallholders who live or operate within the Eastern Dandenong Ranges corridor (that is the towns between Belgrave and Gembrook), and surrounding local government areas of Cardinia, Yarra Ranges, Casey and Knox, are invited to participate in a number of festive activities on Friday 24th and Saturday 25th November, 2023.

If you are a current member or join up now to EDRA, your stall is free! Join here and receive all the other benefits of being a member of your local business and tourism association. 

Options are:

Friday 24th November - Twilight Fiesta - Emerald 3pm to 7pm

Saturday 25th November - Macawber Park FunFest - Belgrave 10am to 3pm

Saturday 25th November - FunFest - Emerald township 10am to 3pm

Saturday 25th November - FunFest at AWBEC Cockatoo 10am to 3pm

Saturday 25th November - FunFest at Gillwell Park Gembrook 10am to 3pm

Note: Although these events are called "FunFest" they will take a different format from previous years' Emerald FunFest events. There will be no road closures, more local business involvement and smaller scale activities in each area. 

Stalls in each location are limited and while we will endeavour to allocate you to your preferred event/location, this may not be possible. If we can't provide a stall to suit your availability, we will refund your ticket in full. There are no refunds if you are offered a stall but don't attend.
