Our Christmas mini shoots will allow you to create memories with your loved ones, include a festive backdrop, props and cuddles with the most adorable puppies 🐶

Whether you’re looking for a fun family portrait or some beautiful festive photos of your family our professional photographer will make your vision come to life.

What's included?

• 20 minute private session in the studio
• Private online gallery for viewing and selecting your images 
• Your choice of 5 edited, high resolution files (with the option to purchase additional images)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Mini sessions strictly 20 minutes. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your session time.  Late arrivals will not be rescheduled. One family only per session.

Booking Policy: 

All sessions must be booked in advance or by contacting us directly. No Refund or cancellation policy. Bookings are limited and subject to availability. 

Session fee covers your time slot and is not refundable for misbehaved children/poor outcomes. Please contact the organiser if your child is sick.

Payment Policy: 

Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your spot.We accept payment via credit card or debit card.

Supervision: 

Parents and carers will remain responsible for their children at all times. These sessions do not provide time to play with puppies.

Intellecutal Property Rights: 

Paws n Paintz will be the first owner of any copyright in the Photographs.

As the author of the artistic works that are the Photographs. No right, title or interest in the Photographs or any copyright therein is granted to you, or the parents/carers except as expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions.

As such, you are not permitted to amend, edit or sell any of the images provided to you

All image edits are final. No refunds or reshoots.  Extra editing requests are priced as an addition service. 

Additional photography requests/ time / extra persons etc will be charged accordingly.

Archiving: 

Photographs may be destroyed or archived at our discretion.

Health and Safety: 

For the safety of our puppies, shoes are to be left outside of the studio - a clean pair of socks are required. 

All participants must adhere to our studio's health and safety guidelines.

Please treat our studio, equipment, and animals with care and respect. Please inform us of any allergies or medical conditions prior to your session.

By attending this mini shoots session at Paws n Paintz, participants agree to forfeit and release the premises and staff of Paws n Paintz from any liability for personal injury, loss or damage to personal property. (This includes if personal property is destroyed by puppies)

Photography and Social Media:

No cameras or recording equipment other than the Photographers are permitted during the shoot

Paws n Paintz reserves the rights to ownership, share and promote any photos and videos by attending this photo session you agree and forfeit any rights to copyright of content created, filmed and photographed. (if you wish to not be filmed please advise staff)

Food and drink Policy: Food and drinks are not permitted inside the stuido.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

Paws n Paintz reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to participants via email, on our social media platforms or website.

Paws n Paintz reserves the right to cancel photo sesssions within 24 hours prior to an event. In the event that a session is cancelled, Paws n Paintz will issue a refund to participants.

By booking a session with Paws n Paintz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA):

This Non-Disclosure Agreement is entered when you agree to participate and purchase a ticket.  

Confidential Information:

Confidential Information includes any non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information shared during or in connection with the event, including event processes, business strategies, and materials.

Obligation of Confidentiality:

The participant agrees not to disclose, share, or use any Confidential Information for purposes other than attending and participating in the event.ExceptionsThis NDA does not apply to information that:a) Is publicly available at the time of disclosure.b) Is independently developed by the Receiving Party.c) Is disclosed with prior written consent from the Disclosing Party.

Non-Compete Obligation:

The participant agrees not to directly or indirectly engage in, operate, or promote any similar painiting with pets/animal events, services, or activities.

Scope of Restricted Activities:

The restricted activities include, but are not limited to:

a) Hosting, promoting and or organising a paint with puppy events/activities and or paint-with-your-pet events/activities

b) Creating or offering services that imitate and copy Paws n Paintz - The Painting with Puppies Experience 

Enforcement:

Paws n Paintz reserves the right to take legal action in the event of a breach of this Agreement.

By participating in this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions, the non-disclosure and non-compete agreements.
