Meet our hand-picked local restaurants and beverage purveyors on Saturday, December 3rd, 2022 at The Majestic DTLA. Join us for a night of fun, incredible foods and drinks, learning about PbP’s impact in the Greater LA community over the last 20 years, and Asian American philanthropy!

Proceeds from Plate by Plate 2022 will be distributed to PbP beneficiary partners and the community and to support PbP’s operational costs as we are a 100% volunteer-run organization.

TICKETS

Saturday: 6pm to 10pm

General Admission: $135 + fees. 30+ restaurants and beverage purveyors (alcoholic/non-alcoholic), Silent Auction, Photobooth, and Afterparty.

Early Admission: $150 + fees. This will give you access to the event one hour earlier (at 6 pm) before General Admission begins (at 7 pm).

Dress code: Formal/cocktail attire is recommended.

Photo ID required.

Note: Plate by Plate is a 21+ event, and all sales are final.

HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS

All visitors upon entry must provide proof of completed vaccination + one booster against COVID-19, or proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours from a provider (ex: CVS, Walgreens, Kaiser, Curative, Carbon Health, etc) prior to Plate by Plate LA on December 3, 2022. Completed vaccination means your final vaccine dose is at least 14 days before the event. An image of a negative at-home test will not be accepted, and on-site testing will not be available.

Current LA County public health order recommends proper masking indoors regardless of vaccination status unless actively eating and drinking.

Attendees assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any concerns about contracting the virus while attending Plate by Plate. The vaccine status of other individuals may be unknown to the attendees, and attendees might be from populations that may not be currently eligible for vacation or may be immunocompromised and whose vaccine protection may be incomplete.

FAQs

1. Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

All guests must be 21+ and provide photo ID upon entry.

2. What’s the Dress Code?

Formal/cocktail attire is recommended. As our guests say, dress to impress!

3. What is your policy on COVID?

We follow LA County Department of Public Health guidelines in regards to health and safety of our attendees at Plate by Plate. We will require proof of vaccination + one booster or proof-of-negative COVID test within 72 hours from a provider (ex: CVS, Walgreens, Kaiser, Curative, Carbon Health, etc) prior to entry. Please upload your proof of vaccination when purchasing a ticket on the Humanitix platform. We accept digital and physical forms of proof of vaccination. All guests are recommended to wear masks inside the venue when not eating or drinking.

If you are bringing a proof negative COVID test, please bring the results with you to the event. We currently do not have plans to support on-site testing.

One week prior to the event, we will be sending a COVID waiver that will be mandatory for all guests to fill out in order to gain entry. An image of a negative at-home test will not be accepted, and on-site testing will not be available.

4. Do I have to print my ticket and bring it to the event?

No. We accept both printed or digital tickets.

5. What's the refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred by the ticket holder to another. Please contact us at ticket.la@projectbyproject.org!

6. Are there in-and-out privileges?

There are no in-and-out privileges.

7. What restaurants and beverage vendors will be present at PLATE BY PLATE?

Check out the list of confirmed vendors on our website. Also, keep an eye on our Instagram for announcements!

8. Do you have sponsorship opportunities?

9. What if I have dietary restrictions (e.g., vegan or vegetarian)?

Vegetarian and vegan items will be indicated on the menus at the event. If you have any food allergies, we recommend that you ask the vendors if their food and/or beverage contains the ingredient that you are allergic to.

There will also be an option to note dietary restrictions after purchasing your ticket.
