Piedmont Blues Preservation Society will celebrate its 40th anniversary on Sept 7th 2025 in downtown Greensboro, NC at Greensboro’s newest live music venue, Ziggy’s Greensboro. Reuniting generations of supporters is the goal of this party & will complement the volunteer-run nonprofit's oldest program, the 2025 Road to Memphis PBPS Blues Challenge.

The 40th Anniversary Kick-off party will start at 4:00pm with free entry for current members, followed by the annual Road to Memphis Blues Challenge where the best Blues acts in the Triad will compete to qualify for the International Blues Challenge held in Memphis, TN in January of 2026.
