PCAF Stories Kids: Looking for a FRIEND Edition
Description
PCAF Stories Kids is back, and we’re LOOKING FOR A FRIEND!
In this vast, mysterious (and sometimes downright lonely) universe of ours, everyone could use a friend. So come along and discover what happens when comics creators set out to find their people (and creatures), one story at a time!
Join us at the SLWA Theatre, where some of WA’s finest comics creators will share their heart-warming, hilarious and out-of-this-world stories, with a little help from YOU!
Featuring:
· Gavin Aung Than
· Blair Caulfield
· Kai Lyons
· Maddy Macaulay
· and your MC and workshop facilitator, Aśka

Expect big laughs, unexpected surprises and delightful characters you’ll want to be friends with, plus plenty of chances to join in! Then roll up your sleeves and create your very own comic, with tips and tricks from the pros.
We’ll finish with a mini-market where you can meet the artists, grab a copy of their work and maybe even snap a selfie with your new favourite comics creator!

This once-a-year, totally FREE event is packed with stories, creativity and opportunities to make new connections. Bring a friend, make a friend, or come along ready to meet some new ones!
Reserve your spot now before it vanishes into the universe!
All ages welcome.
Note: This is not a drop-off event. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Hosted by the Perth Comic Arts Festival and the State Library of Western Australia.
