Knowing the end of life is near brings fear for most people. It is an overwhelming and turbulent time with different meaning for everyone involved.
How will you support the patient, families, and yourself? Can you be a ‘life jacket’ for them and support each one until they find a calmer resolve.
In this symposium, we will introduce you to the specialist physicians; clinical pharmacists; dieticians; spiritual care workers and nurses who walk this path with our patients each day.
