Breathe. Belong. Become. (Together.)
At Peace of Mind, mindfulness isn’t a stand-alone practice. It is the foundation that allows children, and adults, to access every other pillar of our program: compassion, kindness, gratitude, and conflict resolution. Mindfulness helps us pause when we need to pause, move when we need to move, and reconnect when we feel disconnected. It helps us notice our thoughts and emotions without being overwhelmed by them. When we breathe with awareness, we open the door to belonging; when we belong, we have the confidence and grounding to become who we are meant to be. This year’s theme reflects that progression: from presence, to connection, to growth for every child, and every adult who loves them.

Join educators, families, counselors, school leaders, and community partners for a transformative day of mindfulness, belonging, and joyful resilience at the Peace of Mind 2026 Conference: Breathe. Belong. Become. (Together.)

This one-day event blends practical skill-building, powerful storytelling, interactive breakout sessions, and deep reflection. It’s designed to support children’s well-being and the well-being of the adults who love and teach them.
