Blue Lotus is a sacred flower and a symbol of strength, death, rebirth, and purity. She roots deeply in the mud and rises from the earth, blooming with perfection, unstained, and ready to greet the sun. She represents our soul's emergence from the dark into the light and the purity that lies at the core of all of us—that at a soul level we are all are light and beauty and love.

Join us in this ceremony as we harness the power of Blue Lotus and learn her wisdom. We will curate a sacred space to explore meditation as medicine, as a practice for connecting with ourselves and Blue Lotus, to cultivate inner peace and evoke powerful healing.

Deep Guided Meditation - Long mediation to connect with Blue Lotus and cultivate inner peace

Please bring a journal for if you feel called to take notes during the discussion and/or anything that helps you feel cozy to sit on during mediation (i.e. cushion, pillow, yoga mat, etc.).

Your Guides:

Isabella - Isabella is a singer, artist, yoga instructor and children's art teacher. She is deeply passionate, inspired by, and connected to the Earth, her plant medicines, and all the beauty and healing she provides. One of her greatest missions in this lifetime is to help others connect with the Earth and support the collective's healing and remembrance..

Tatiana - Tatiana is a Medicine Woman— an ecologist, herbalist, wildcrafter, and spiritual guide, among many other things. She believes in sharing her knowledge and the wisdom of the forest to bring us all back into the remembrance of our personal power to enact change in our lives, our communities, and beyond— that a deep sense of joy and self-love is not only our birthright but our responsibility for the collective healing of our communities and the planet.

Ecologist Says - In partnership with mother earth, we provide offerings of holistic teachings & curate plant medicines. All medicines are small-batch or made to order so that we can work with the energetics of each plant ally, at their pace, and devote ourselves fully to them with loving intention. In our teachings, we focus on bringing us all back into the remembrance of the interconnected nature of life, through heart-centered listening, wildcrafting, herbalism, and the ancestral wisdom of honoring all forms of life.
