This hands-on course is designed to help you build the skills and confidence to create café-quality coffee to Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) standards. You’ll learn how to brew the perfect cup of coffee, mastering the fundamentals that bring out the best in every bean.

From there, we dive into preparing and extracting consistently balanced espresso shots, giving you the foundation for all café favourite drinks. You’ll also learn how to stretch silky smooth milk with precision, allowing you to achieve the ideal texture for a range of milk beverages.

As your skills develop, you’ll be guided through pouring and serving the full café menu, combining technique with presentation. Finally, we bring everything together by introducing an efficient café-style workflow—helping you move smoothly from one step to the next with confidence and consistency.

By the end of the course, you’ll have the practical knowledge and hands-on experience to create high-quality coffee with ease.

Course Details:

Duration: 2.5 Hours
Schedule: Classes held weekly every Thursday if minimum numbers are met.
Cost: $250
