Peak Performance Over the Long Haul - Without Burning Out

This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

Does it feel like you’re constantly juggling All The Things but never quite nailing anything?

It's not just you: almost 40% of us met the criteria for workplace burnout in 2022, and we know burnout among startup teams is much higher.

Join us for a hands-on workshop that will help you:

  1. understand how your physiological and social systems interact to produce chronic stress
  2. find the headspace to work out what’s really important, and the energy to enjoy it while you’re doing it

This fun, interactive session will:

  1. bust some ‘success’ myths
  2. explore how your brain might be sabotaging you
  3. spot ways your environment could be keeping you stuck
  4. prototype a personal system that produces flourishing instead of burnout
  5. plan the small daily steps you need to shift your current system

Come along to meet other founders and operators, and learn how to optimise your performance over the long haul - without burning out.

About the Speaker/Facilitator

Your guide for the session is Helen Lawson Williams, co-founder of Anamorphic Digital. Anamorphic is building the world's first personalised anti-burnout system, TANK.

Helen has a PhD in psychology from Macquarie Uni, and has spent the last 14 years working out how to wear all the hats: founder, wife, mum, friend, distance runner, activist, pretty decent cook, terrible guitarist. She's in a unique position to translate theory into practice, and looking forward to sharing with you.
