Peak Pressure Screening
Event description
Friends of Alta is hosting a special showing of the student-made documentary "Peak Pressure" in collaboration with the University of Utah Communication Department. This documentary was created by the students in Documentary Production 4560 from the University of Utah to demonstrate the transportation issues relating to Little Cottonwood Canyon. Join us for an evening of insight and discussion as we explore the challenges of accessing Utah's favorite ski resorts and the impact it has on our environment and community. The documentary screening will be followed by a Q&A session with the filmmakers, giving you a unique opportunity to dive deeper into the issues and potential solutions. Food and drinks are available for purchase, so come ready to learn, share your thoughts, and be part of the conversation that's shaping the future of our beloved mountains!
