Kickass Women are proud to be bringing the social networking Company of Women Ladies Long Lunch events to Rockhampton!
Our first bi-annual Ladies Long Lunch event will be held on Friday 3rd May 2024 at the Riverston Tea Rooms, Rockhampton. Creating experiences and connecting women in and around the region, our panel of Guest Speakers highlight ambitious, career and business orientated women and their stories.

About Company of Women Ladies Long Lunch:
Company of Women is a social proactive network created in October of 2022 to enable opportunity to connect with like-minded women, ladies of leisure or social butterflies but also to promote female talent and female business owners in varied industries.
Company of Women Long Lunch events are designed for busy women, needing to take time out of their hectic personal, professional and business careers to come together in a safe, supportive, and fun environment to broaden their horizons, meet new people, share experiences, and have the opportunity to network with and to be inspired by other like-minded women, what we like to call our ‘mental floss’ day!
Events are hosted by Kickass Women Founder and CEO (Chief Entertainment Officer) Jo Sainsbury, there is a welcome drink on arrival, main and dessert course, beverage package with raffles and a couple of lucky door prizes! All proceeds raised from raffles go directly to nominated local charities.
The event has a strong focus on promoting local and regional women and their successes, appreciating our region, and supporting these women. The day attracts guest speakers sharing their business and career experiences and expertise as well as you will get to hear an empowering message from Jo Sainsbury. We'll have a photographer mingling amongst the crowd to capture the amazing vision of fabulous women around the room. The day results in hours of fun, inspiration, motivation, and laughter and opens doors for building quality relationships and experiences.
