Thankyou for registering for our upcoming community tree planting day this Sunday, 27 July - Pedal & Plant 2025!

We have had our largest number of registrations for this annual event ever and we are sure it is going to be a fantastic day!

Please arrive at Ruby Hall, 10 Dykes Rd, Ruby VIC 3953 by 9:50am for a 10am start. The planting site is approximately 1.5km from the Hall along the Great Southern Rail Trail. We will have a guided walk to the planting site which will leave at 10.05am. For those that do not wish to walk there will be a small minibus shuttle to transport people to and from the planting site. We also encourage you to bring your bike and cycle to site. If you can't make the 10.05am walking tour bus don't despair - there will be friendly volunteers who can point in you in the right direction for you to make your own way to the planting site.

Once we arrive at the planting site there will be a brief induction and demo of how to plant a seedling using tree planters.

Once all 1500 plants are in planted we will head back to the Ruby Hall for a delicious lunch prepared by Rotary and Lions Clubs.

Please wear sturdy, closed toe shoes, warm clothing and raincoat. BYO water bottle, gloves and enthusiasm!
