7:30 - 8:15 - still meditation (our regular morning meditation)
8:15 - 8:30 - meditation in motion / resting
8:30 - 9:00 - still meditation
9:00 - 9:20 - meditation in motion / resting
9:20 - 10:00 - still meditation
10:00 - 10:20 - meditation in motion / resting
10:20 - 11:00 - still meditation
11:00 - 11:30 - discussion
