This Peer-led Half Day Retreat will give you an opportunity to practice with others in silence.

Join us for all the sessions or any portion of the day. Please arrive during a break if possible.

Meditations are unguided. We ring bells to start and end.

7:30 - 8:15 - sitting meditation (our regular morning sit)
8:15 - 8:30 - silent walking meditation / resting
8:30 - 9:00 - sitting meditation
9:00 - 9:20:- silent walking meditation / resting
9:20 - 10:00 - sitting meditation
10:00 - 10:20 - silent walking meditation / resting
10:20 - 11:00 - sitting meditation
11:00 - 11:30 - discussion
