In 2023 the Sunshine Coast Coalition of Community Boards is running a series of three leadership workshops with members of CALD community organisations. The first workshop was held on 26th April and participants considered what leadership looked like and considered the various styles of leadership. The 2nd workshop on 7th June will focus on developing peer support in leadership across CALD organisations on the Sunshine Coast. This will cover topics such as:
- building collaboration across CALD organisations,
- effective communication to build cooperation and
- what would it take to build an effective leadership peer support network?
The workshop will begin at 4:00pm and be followed with a shared meal at 6:00pm.
