The event
Lily Lepre (8) has been raising money for the Sea Turtles! And so we're continuing her amazing efforts with this community get together for an amazing local film, feast and fundraiser! With 100% of the profits on the night going to the organisation Australian Seabird and Turtle Rescue https://seabirdrescue.org.au/
A group of local children (Cabbage Tree Tribe) have also gathered tiny pieces of rubbish from Thirroul Beach and placed them in a big jar for an ultimate guessing game! You can win some major prizes if you enter (pay to guess). All proceeds from this game go to Seabird Rescue.
All this while enjoying a hearty-warm dish from local community cafe, Blackbird.

Join Australian environmental filmmakers Paul Hellier and Jamie Lepre as they ride their bikes 2000kms through South East Asia searching for plastic pollution solutions.
This award-winning film is an uplifting, comical and an inspiring journey that will leave you smiling and amped to make a difference in the world!
VENUE LOCATION - Excelsior Room at Thirroul Library. Access via Library carpark or walk past main entrance on the left and the room is located near the back of the building.
