Did you know 50% of women experience bladder leakage during pregnancy? At least 1 in 3 women have ongoing issues with incontinence and 1 in 2 women experience a degree of pelvic organ prolapse after delivery. Jane Barker is Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist, with 20 years of experience, who can show you how to activate your pelvic floor muscles correctly to prevent these problems from developing. Childcare is available through the Kingston Neighbourhood House Occasional Childcare $5/hour. Bookings for childcare 6229 4066.
