Pelvic floor is the main supportive base for our pelvic organs, such as bladder and bowel. In vulva-owners the pelvic floor also supports the uterus and the other inside vulva parts. For this reason, we need to give our pelvic floor extra love, support and attention.

Pelvic floor massage has a variety of uses from relaxation of the muscles and genital area to increase sexual pleasure to heal from traumas and issues caused from, for example, child birth or vaginismus.

In this “vulva-owner only” class, we are going to guide you through a self-massage discover and share a full body and pelvic floor massage on an other person's body. The class includes a lecture with detailed anatomical info about pelvic floor, vulva and menstrual cycle, and practical demonstrations of body anatomy and pelvic floor massage techniques.

This class is open to any vulva owner, no matter the gender. You can come with a friend, lover, partner (always vulva-owners) or by yourself, willing to be paired up with an other single participant.

*Allow 30 minutes more at the end of the class in case you want to share something more with everyone in the group or with someone else.

Q: What will I learn, and how will I grow?
A: Our goal is to provide a safe space for you to learn this healing practice. You will experience to connect more deeply with your own body, and that of your partner.

Q: Do I need a partner for this event?
A: No, you are welcome to attend by yourself but we encourage you to come with someone you feel comfortable to practice with. Any play will always start with a boundaries/consent exercise first.

Q: What should I wear, and bring with me?
A: Please arrive clean, wear comfortable clothing, like leggings or thin comfy pants, and please bring both a towel and sarong to rest on or to cover your body as desired during the pelvic floor massage. We suggest to bring a notebook and a pen to take notes and a mirror that will be used to explore our vulva closer.

Q: What will be my level of privacy and interaction with others?
A: You will perform the massage with your partner only. You will not be expected to physically interact with anyone outside of your paired partner and there won’t be any sexual interaction. Also I want to remind to everyone that you don’t have to do anything that make you feel uncomfortable. If your comfort level changes you can interrupt your practice or leave the class any time.

Q: Do I need any previous massage experience?
A: This workshop is intended to stand on its own merits, the only skill needed is the desire and courage to explore and be vulnerable.

Q: Who are you, what's your story and why are you doing this?
A: We are Elisa and Ami and we are doing this as our way of spreading a wonderful practice in the world.

Elisa is hailing from Rome, and became interested in alternative sexuality early in life. Elisa has been a linchpin of the growing polyamory community in Rome before moving to Sydney in 2015. An experienced kinkster, Elisa has worked as a pro-domme in both her old home and new. Since moving to Sydney, she has opened new avenues into tantra and body awareness practices, and is excited to share her story and experiences with you!

Ami is a Swedish tantric bodyworker and started her journey in 2017 in her home country. Ami spent last two years travelling in Europe and Asia working as a bodyworker practitioners and learning new disciplines. During her last trip in Thailand she had the honour to assist Martin Beaudoin in few of his courses and started to teach her own classes. She is really excited to share some of her experiences for the first time in Australia.

Cost is $150 per person, including material. We also have a few concession tickets for $130 per ticket. We won’t ask you for any concession card or specific questions. We trust you!
