Lineup

Laura Tolson (2006)
Laura Tolson co-founded Lateral Vision, an Adelaide creative-technology studio, and grew Swyvl out of it. Swyvl is the spatial-data platform its clients now use. Over more than a decade she's turned captured places into data teams can actually use, made the leap from a services business to a self-funded product, then rebuilt it from the ground up in 2026. Away from the screen, she leads brand and marketing for her family's farm, Broke Estate, which runs cattle and a few distinctive short-stay retreats. She's also a mum of three, which is the least scalable and most rewarding thing she does.

Jason Huang
Jason Huang is the Founder and CEO of GGP Energy, a South Australia-based energy investment company pioneering affordable, clean, and green electricity solutions for residential and commercial developments. He built GGP Energy around a mission to help landowners, businesses, and community leaders achieve net-zero emissions without financial barriers, and a vision to empower remote and underserved communities through self-reliant, renewable energy systems. Under his leadership, GGP Energy develops ground-mounted solar and battery farms, rooftop solar, and embedded network solutions in new builds and apartments, delivering both economic and environmental value while advancing Australia’s clean energy transition.

Tyson Grubb (1996)
Tyson Grubb is the founder and CEO of Instrument Choice, an Australian e-commerce business he has bootstrapped from a start-up into an eight-figure company through nearly two decades of continuous growth. An electronic engineer by training, Tyson believes entrepreneurship is about recognising opportunities, solving real problems and creating value for others. His achievements include being awarded a Churchill Fellowship and leading Instrument Choice to win its category in the Telstra Australian Business Awards, as well as two Community Achievement Customer Service Awards. Alongside Instrument Choice, Tyson and his wife Sarah own The Gladys, a luxury accommodation in the Adelaide Hills, demonstrating that the same entrepreneurial principles can be applied across very different industries. A long-time member of Entrepreneurs' Organization and former Learning Chair for EO Adelaide, Tyson is passionate about continuous learning, innovation and challenging conventional thinking. He has also served as a judge for the Telstra Best of Business Awards. As a Pembroke Old Scholar, Tyson enjoys sharing the lessons he has learnt from embracing uncertainty, taking initiative and building businesses with a long-term focus on helping customers and creating value.
