Pennsylvania Tea Festival features 24 tea vendors, tea tastings, lectures on tea, live music, garden tours and more.  This two day event is Pennsylvania's only beverage festival dedicated exclusively to TEA.

Are the programs free to attendees? Each day there are a variety of lectures, musical entertainment, tea tastings, literary book chats, herb garden tours, and kombucha tastings that are included in your general admission ticket along with a souvenir tea tasting cup, tote bag and other goodies. We do have tea tasting/tea pairing workshops that require an additional ticket.

What are the Tea Pairing events? Tea Tastings/Tea Pairing workshops are informational sessions that are limited to 20 attendees and require an additional ticket due to the additional materials and expertise. We strongly suggest you purchase these in advance due to the limited seating. What are my transportation/parking options for the event? The event is in downtown Mechanicsburg, PA. Parking is on street parking and is free. Easy to find, Mechanicsburg is just 5 miles off of Route 81, the PA Turnpike, Route 83 and Route 15. Public transportation is available through CAT (Capital Area Transit).

What is the refund policy? Event is held rain or shine. Sorry no refunds. Tickets are transferrable to a friend.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket? It is helpful but not required. We can use your ticket on your mobile device. 

Is my registration fee or ticket transferable? Yes! Your entrance ticket is good for one day either Friday or Saturday. Tea Tasting Tickets are for a timed event and are valid for that time only. We absolutely can not refund tea tasting tickets if you miss your event. Please note tea tastings/tea pairing classes are limited to only 20 attendees.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? Yes!

Accessibility - Our event is located at an outdoor venue that has varying terrain, including tanbark, narrow pathways, uneven, and stoned surfaces. We value inclusion and access for all participants and will be happy to assist as possible. There are two steps into our Tea Tasting Workshop room. While the PA Tea Festival allows and reasonably accommodates wheelchairs, we have been told by our friends using wheelchairs that it is challenging for wheelchairs and very difficult in the gardens for scooters.
