Due to floods, road damage and damage to the destination venue, Penrith Black Dog Ride is postponed and will run instead on the 15th May 2022. If you cannot make the revised event date please contact office@blackdogride.org.au to arrange a refund. Please quote your booking number. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Black Dog Ride's iconic annual 1 Dayer aims to start a national conversation about depression and suicide prevention. Help us get the country talking and join your local 1 Dayer on 20th March 2022.

8 Australians take their lives every single day, that's one Aussie every 3 hours losing their life to the black dog.

On the third Sunday of March, Black Dog Ride is uniting under one banner with one voice on one single day to amplify a national message of hope, awareness and prevention. Let's get the conversation started, register for the Black Dog Ride 1 Dayer 2022 today!

COVID 19 Arrangements

Please note that all participants will need to comply with state based COVID related instructions (hand sanitisation, social distancing, etc.)

If this 1 Dayer has to be cancelled due to COVID or related restrictions, all participants will receive a full refund.

Penrith 1 Dayer 2022 Details:

8:30am Check-in at Cables Wake Park

10:00am Stands up and ride departs for Putty Road travelling through Bells Line of Road.

2:00pm Ride ends at Grey Gum Cafe, 8679 Putty Rd, Putty NSW 2330.

Raffles and auction items, including a Penrith Ride Sawblade will done at the Grey Gum Cafe.

Please Note: Online ticket sales for this event will close at Midnight AEST on Saturday 14th May 2022. Limited In person registrations will be available at the event.
