Resilient Farming Tas is partnering with Tasmanian Women in Agriculture (TWiA) to host a series of workshops statewide focussed on People and Culture for business success. Presentations will cover how to get the best out of your people, succession planning, creating impact through effective communication and strategies to make a difference with mental health and wellbeing.
