We will talk about why Australian Disability Enterprises need to change.

Australian Disability Enterprises are also called ADEs.

In ADEs, people

We will hear from advocates and people who have worked in ADEs.

We will hear people with an intellectual disability who work in open employment.

We will hear from people who do research about rights at work.

Research is when we try to find out more about something.

We will also hear about how some people with intellectual disability work in Japan.
