Additionally, the workshop supports palliative care professionals in finding their own solutions towards compassion satisfaction at work to achieve a happier work/life balance.
With awareness of Compassion Satisfaction, palliative care professionals can achieve positive mentoring relationships at work to support future healthcare workforce for a palliative approach to care.
