Do you want to learn the secrets to authentic Chinese cooking? .

Come to this workshop where Gloria will demonstrate basic principles and techniques of stir fry and fried rice. She will discuss essential equipment needed and the most commonly used condiments for Chinese cooking so you will be able to recreate these classic Chinese meals at home.

Born in Hong Kong, Gloria grew up with Cantonese stir fries and they remain her go-to dinner at home for something quick, fresh, delicious and healthy. Gloria has been involved with the farm as a volunteer for over a year and loves using fresh farm produce for cooking, which is her passion. Gloria is the author of her fabulous food blog http://deliciouslygloria.blogspot.com which is a collection of her favourite recipes to share with family, friends and food lovers.

This workshop includes a light morning tea plus taste tests.
