Brothers, Michael and Peter Laing started their journey in wine in 2002 when they planted two acres of grapes in Suttons Bay.  They started selling grapes to Larry Mawby and soon began working for MAWBY Winery where they began developing their own wine brand that became bigLITTLE. When Larry Mawby decided to retire, they acquired MAWBY winery and continue to operate both along with three vineyards with the help of a great team! bigLITTLE wines are an expression of both brothers and MAWBY wines continue to honor the legacy of Larry who has helped Michigan sparkle with high quality wines for over 50 years.
