Course Overview

One of the top questions HR executives are faced with today is reviewing models of performance management.  With businesses being increasingly scrutinised for how they manage poor behaviour, it is essential that anyone responsible for managing staff know the right way to do, legally.

How do you get the best out of your star employees and manage underperformance, whilst creating a positive work culture? These questions will be answered in this full-day training course.

Using case examples and theory, this training course will cover:

  • Strategies to drive employee engagement
  • Managing and maintaining good performance
  • Creating a high-performance culture
  • How to have difficult conversations with employees
  • What to do when an underperforming employee simply doesn’t improve

Places are limited, so be the first to secure your spot and manage performance to achieve a high-performance culture.
