Communicating Under Pressure Workshop
Event description
Communicating Under Pressure is a unique non-clinical course which delivers the very skills and training techniques typically used in the field by professional actors. It focuses purely on effective communication skills without the distraction of clinical expertise and the clinical environment.
Identifying gaps for improving communication skills, how to act confidently, reading situations and picking up on cues; requires specific tools and skills. Techniques such as role playing, observing scenes performed, voice and breathing exercises provide take away skills for participants to be able to transfer and use in their everyday workplace environment.
This program helps find self-empowerment, self-awareness and a confident plan when engaging in conversations.
