About Your Facilitator

Jade Groff, CNM, LMT is a Women’s Pelvic Care & Hormonal Wellness Practitioner and Educator, an Abdominal Therapist, Somatic Practitioner and Founder of the Pelvic Harmony Method. For over 30 years, she has devoted her life to supporting women’s health and healing, from preconception through menopause.

Jade guides women through a journey of transformation, helping them reconnect with their bodies and access their inner medicine. She works with a wide range of pelvic concerns and trauma, weaving practical care with spiritual insight to restore vitality and wholeness.

Through a holistic approach that blends hands-on bodywork, flower essences, herbal medicine, conscious movement, ritual, and somatic exploration, Jade nurtures self-awareness and self-care, empowering women on what she calls the living healing journey. With a warm, grounded presence, she welcomes you with ease and depth.
