Free Perimenopause Online Education Program

Calling women around the age of 45-55 in the Murrumbidgee Region!
Building on the success of Course 1, Course 2 of the Free Perimenopause Online Education Program is now open for participation!

This 3-session program is designed to support your journey through perimenopause, with expert guidance on:
-Healthy Eating
-Physical Activity
-General Wellbeing

🖋️ Who: Expert-led sessions by Physiotherapist Melissa Merrin & Dietician Alex Walker, designed to empower and support you through your perimenopause journey.

You can participate in these free sessions at home via teams link (email tumutdietician@icloud.com for link), or you can join us at the Women's Health Centre in our group space with other likeminded women.
