Mindful Parenting: Self-Compassion & Wellbeing

Parenting a little one can be wonderful, challenging and exhausting, often all at once.

This relaxed workshop with Communicare will introduce simple mindfulness and self-compassion practices to help you slow down, manage stress and be a little kinder to yourself.

We’ll explore practical tools you can use in everyday life and how caring for your own wellbeing can support your relationship with your baby.

Who is it for?

This workshop is for expectant parents and parents/carers with babies under 12 months old.

Babies welcome!

You are welcome to bring your baby along. Please note there is no crèche or childcare available, and children over 12 months cannot attend.

Venue is fully wheelchair accessible and UAT toilets are available on site.
