Goodwood to St Marys - Permaculture SA Members free, non-members $10

Join us on World Permaculture Day for a permaculture gardens tour and dinner. Starting at 2pm, our tour winds its way from Goodwood to St Marys*, visiting some well established homes and gardens, community gardens and guerilla street gardening. The tour will end with light refreshments and conversations at the Goodypatch.

*Unfortunately, we've had to change plans for tomorrow's tour and dinner. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we won't be able to proceed with the dinner as planned. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this sudden change.

You are welcome to optionally bring a plate of food or excess harvest to share. BYO drinks.

Bicycles are ideal, but cars are welcome too.

Starting at Forestville Reserve next to Goodwood Train Station, with a travel distance of approximately 6km (25 mins bike ride), the tour will finish at Nat and Bill's house in St Marys, which is approximately 5 minutes ride from Mitchell Park train station.

Full program and addresses will be sent via email before the event.

Information on joining Permaculture SA can be found here.

This event is taking place on stolen Kaurna land. We pay our respects to the Kaurna people and all First Nations people.

However, the tour will proceed as scheduled, with a slight rearrangement of the itinerary. Instead of dinner, we'll provide snacks and
nibbles at the last stop. We'll tour the garden and then stay until sunset for chit-chat and socialising. Cups of tea(s) of various types will be available, and you are welcome to bring other drinks.
