Harnessing the skills of local community members, we will explore:

11.30-12.30: HOW TO RUN A FOOD CO-OP
1.00-2.00: HOW TO MAKE HALLOUMI
2.00-3.00: TOOL MAINTENANCE & REPAIR
3.00-4.00: HOW TO FERMENT FOODS

At 12.30-1.00 we will stop for a BYO lunch in the garden.

Full day of workshops $15, or $5 per workshop.

All ticket proceeds will be kept in the kitty to support activities for next years Permaculture Week.
