You could say, it’s my soul offering to the world, arising in me to be shared as an essential piece of the puzzle, of what is being called for on our planet at this time.

But it is not just me—we are all being called to step up, beyond our personality and egotistical insecurities and preferences, to something more! We all hold a unique gift or talent that the world has been waiting for! Can you feel the call?

In this way, this inquiry is not mere whimsy, but a collective summons, to the task of setting the stage for this next step in our individual and collective evolution, that can only be answered by you and will require becoming more deeply planted in your body and rooted in source. The Container:

This half-day workshop is designed to help you identify and release obstacles to living your best life, making space for your true potential and creativity to emerge. Over three hours, we will travel through key elements and practices for creating the optimal conditions for tapping into your innate creativity, your unique potential, to channel your unique gifts into the world.

Often, when we hit obstacles or unwanted circumstances in our lives, we often try to push them away or lessen them, which actually creates more resistance. In this workshop, you are invited to discover what happens when you shift your focus to what you want “more” of in life, not less.

The Process:

Through this lens of “more,” you will experience first-hand the power of shared connection and relationality to create safety and support—as a resource of for well-being, opening the optimal conditions for creativity, innovation, connection, and flourishing! And don’t forget the joy that naturally unfolds as a natural byproduct of being “you.”

Recognize and overcome barriers to personal growth held by the power community.
Align your thoughts, emotions, and actions to live more authentically.
The power of relationality, somatic sensing practices, breathwork, sound, and play to enhance your capacity for attuning to self and other.
