As we celebrate the winter solstice it is a time of great stillness before the suns strength builds and the days grow longer.

It is a time to give ourselves permission to stand still, to allow our body, spirit and mind the precious time to rest and reflect. In doing so we can build our strength, shift perceptions and direction and whole heartedly move with purpose into a new cycle of longer and brighter days.

This event will be a combination of guided meditation and the harmonic vibrations and therapeutic healing sounds of a sound bath. The sound bath includes various instruments such as crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, medicine drums, tuning pipes, planetary gong, tongue drum and percussion instruments.

We will finish with light refreshments.

Important: It is recommended that you lay down for the sound bath meditation, so please bring with you a yoga mat, cushion and blanket (some spares will be available). You will be on carpet. If you'd prefer to sit, there will be chairs available.

You may also like to bring a water bottle.
