Price $35 AUD + BF Get tickets

Event description

You are doing a good job at adulting. Give yourself a break. Give yourself permission to PLAY!

Saturday July 6th – Paint and Play Workshop

Experiment and play with abstract painting using unconventional objects. Toy cars, curlers, sponges, stencils – all provided for you to explore with. Your only goal – fill the canvas with colour! No pressure to perform, just play! Expert guidance and all materials provided.

This is a creative workshop to free and inspire. Why let judgement stop you from having fun? Explore, express, create and play! You are welcome, exactly where you are at right now!

DID YOU KNOW?

Expressing your creativity and allowing yourself to play can help you reduce stress, strengthen self-compassion and reconnect with your imagination. All powerful tools for deeper self-understanding, healing and growth. We use our imaginations for so much catastrophising… why not use them for good instead?
