These are just some of the questions we'll be exploring in this session. We will hear perspectives from several long-term meditators to demystify meditation and explain why it can be so fundamentally transformative.

The evening will include a panel-style discussion forum where attendees will have the opportunity for open dialogue with these experienced practitioners to enquire about the practice and learn how they have meditation has benefitted them.

This session will be relevant both for those curious about meditation and those hoping to deepen or renew their practice.
