Under Project HealthRise phase 2, in two states of India we used a strength-based approach. SALT*to catalyse, patients and communities to take ownership in action on diabetes and hypertension. The session will focus on experiences in both implementation as well as evaluation of this process and harvest inputs from the participants to co-create knowledge
