While some of the new Person Responsible regulations are already scheduled to be repealed, there are a large number of significant changes that have already been made in February 2024 that all service providers must comply with.

This new webinar builds on this but will take you through the regulations, explaining areas where employers have flexibilities and where the regulations require explicit compliance.
