Bangor Savings Bank will host a session for students on the importance of personal branding and how to leverage it for career success. Students will learn practical strategies to define their brand, showcase strengths, and stand out in today’s competitive job market.

What makes you, you? And how do you bring that into a job search without feeling like you're selling yourself?

In this session, David Pease, SVP and Director of Talent, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging at Bangor Savings Bank, will help you identify your core values and what makes you unique, and show you how to present your authentic self with confidence. He'll connect this to today's hiring landscape and explain why knowing who you are matters to employers.

David will also talk about networking: how to build and grow professional relationships genuinely, rather than treating every conversation as a transaction. With more than 30 years of HR leadership experience, recognition as Maine HR Leader of the Year, and deep connections across the state's HR community, David is someone who has built a strong network the right way. If you want to learn how it's done, he's the person to learn from.

Who should attend: All students who want to present themselves more authentically and build a professional network that lasts.
