A welcoming, thought-provoking workshop exploring who you are beyond the everyday, your intuition, your energy and your connection to something greater.

Have you ever felt there is more to you than the roles you play, the thoughts running through your mind, or the expectations of everyday life?

Personal Development & Spiritual Exploration is a three-hour workshop designed to create space to step away from the noise, become curious about your inner world and explore some of the ideas that can shape our personal and spiritual growth.

This isn’t about having all the answers or following one particular belief system. It’s an opportunity to explore, reflect, share and consider what resonates with you.

WHAT WE’LL EXPLORE

Throughout the evening, we’ll explore:

• The idea of ourselves as spiritual beings having a human experience
• Your essence and connection to your inner knowing
• Intuition and learning to recognise that quieter voice within
• Why the love, peace and validation we often seek externally may already exist within us
• Inspiration and our relationship with ideas and creativity
• The aura, or biofield, and the way our energy interacts with the world around us
• Connection and collective consciousness
• Awakening and what it can mean on a personal level
• The difference between understanding something intellectually and truly feeling or “innerstanding” it
• Ascension as a process of releasing fear, resentment and limiting beliefs and becoming more connected with our own spiritual knowing

There will also be opportunities for discussion and sharing, along with a guided meditation exploring the Silver Thread, your personal energy field and our connection with one another.

WHO IS THIS WORKSHOP FOR?

This workshop is suitable for anyone curious about personal development, spirituality, intuition, energy or their own inner world.

You don’t need any previous experience or spiritual knowledge. Bring an open mind, your curiosity and a willingness to explore what these ideas mean to you.
