With over 30 years of research behind it, Identi3 is a profiling tool that is being used in over 2000 companies like Johnson and Johnson, Shell, Panasonic, Fuji Xerox, Philips to better understand their people and provide a resource for personal and professional development.

This session will be in the format of a small group coaching session using this tool as the centrepiece. You will be sent a customised link to answer the profiling questions and we will provide you with an individualised report based on your answers. It is a unique way to further understand ourselves (and others too). We can quantify our strengths, incongruencies, blindspots and values in order to shed awareness for areas of development. Also learn how you can leverage your current strengths.

We are keeping numbers small and will not take more than 12 people. So please book early to avoid disappointment.

Although we have allocated 2 hours for the event, please note that it may run over depending on participant questions. So, although we will aim to keep it only till 12 pm, please do allocate 20 to 30 min after 12 pm just to ensure that you don't miss out on anything.
