Personal Futures: A Te Ao Māori World View
Event description
Alicia will share how she facilitated a personal futures wānanga with a group of Māreikura - female Māori leaders of Te Tai Hauauru ki te ika a Maui - the west coast in the North Island. What insights were gained by adopting a kaupapa Māori world view to help future visioning using causal layered analysis?
Following this presentation of 45 mins we will revisit a kōrero questioning colonial perspectives of time in relation to the Futures Triangle.
Join us to challenge western views of futures thinking, explore possibilities and create future possibilities.
A koha to go towards the use of the rooms would be appreciated.
