Crafting Personal Futures
Description
This one-day course offers space to reflect and explore what comes next. Bringing together personal reflection and practical futures thinking, you’ll consider how your identity and experiences shape the possibilities you see for your life.
Through guided activities and conversations, you’ll explore alternative pathways, question expectations you may have inherited, and identify what matters most to you. Rather than creating a rigid life plan, the focus is on developing agency by recognising where you can make choices and take meaningful action while remaining open to change.
Designed for anyone navigating a transition or thinking about their next chapter, the course invites you to leave with fresh perspectives and some sense of direction and practical steps to begin. No previous knowledge of futures thinking is needed.

In this course, she invites participants to begin where they stand, explore different pathways and identify meaningful steps towards what comes next.
