Perth, Boardroom Roundtable - Turning Finance Reports, Budgets and Forecasts into Strategic Growth Insights

Understanding your numbers is the key to confident decision-making and sustainable growth. Yet, too often, financial reports and budgets are viewed as compliance documents - not strategic tools.

Join BWA Leaders Stacey Payrits, Partner at LG Accounting Solutions, and Tanya Mills, Founder of Aligned Success, along with members and guests, for an engaging, practical boardroom session designed to help you translate financial data into meaningful insights that drive results.

This is not a theory session - it’s a valuable, interactive event where business leaders and advisers will learn how to turn reports, budgets, and forecasts into powerful levers for business success.
